Welcome to Recon Ready. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Recon Ready website, services, inventory listings, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or Services.
1. ABOUT RECON READY
Recon Ready provides late-model, reconditioned vehicles and related services primarily to automotive dealerships and automotive industry professionals.
Our goal is to provide reliable, front-line-ready inventory while helping dealers reduce the time, expense, and uncertainty associated with traditional vehicle reconditioning.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORIZED USE
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
- If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a dealership or business, you are authorized to act on behalf of that business.
- The information you provide to Recon Ready is accurate and complete.
3. VEHICLE INVENTORY AND LISTINGS
Vehicle information displayed on our website may include descriptions, photographs, mileage, pricing, specifications, equipment, vehicle history information, and other details.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information, vehicle listings may contain errors, omissions, or information that changes without notice.
Vehicle availability, pricing, mileage, equipment, condition, and other listing information are subject to change without notice.
A vehicle displayed on the website is not considered sold or reserved unless and until Recon Ready confirms the transaction in writing.
Recon Ready reserves the right to correct errors, update listings, remove vehicles, or discontinue availability at any time.
4. VEHICLE CONDITION
Recon Ready makes reasonable efforts to inspect and recondition vehicles before offering them for sale.
However, used vehicles are previously owned products and may have normal wear and other characteristics associated with their age, mileage, use, and history.
Customers should review the vehicle’s available documentation, inspection information, vehicle history, photographs, and other applicable information before completing a purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website descriptions and photographs are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered a complete representation of every aspect of a vehicle’s condition.
5. PRICING AND PURCHASE TERMS
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, advertised prices may not include applicable taxes, title and registration fees, transportation costs, documentation fees, or other charges associated with a transaction.
A final purchase price and applicable transaction terms will be confirmed by Recon Ready before completion of a sale.
Recon Ready reserves the right to refuse or cancel a transaction when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, inventory errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that may prevent completion of the transaction.
6. WARRANTY
Certain Recon Ready vehicles may be backed by a 30-Day / 1,000-Mile Warranty, as specified in the applicable warranty documentation.
The warranty is subject to its specific terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, and requirements.
The applicable written warranty document controls in the event of any conflict between these Terms and the warranty documentation.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as expanding or modifying the coverage provided under an applicable written warranty.
7. FINANCING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Recon Ready may provide information or links relating to financing, transportation, vehicle history reports, inspections, payment processing, or other third-party services.
Recon Ready does not control third-party providers and is not responsible for their products, services, policies, availability, or performance.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by those providers.
8. WEBSITE CONTENT
All content on this website—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, designs, videos, vehicle listings, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Recon Ready unless otherwise indicated.
You may access and use the website for lawful personal or business purposes consistent with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, or exploit website content without prior written permission from Recon Ready.
